Navigate to the official web page, click the CAMEDIA Master 4.x Upgrades link, select your operating system and download and install the upgrade. Also, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the application to connect. If this doesn't help, I suggest you use 1-888-553-4448 phone number to get in touch with the Support team.
There is a version of OLYMPUS CAMEDIA Master available for the Mac operating system, but the link that contains the download points to a domain that's not loading. It's the domain on Olympus America website which is also the only one available.
You have to keep checking the website through the application's page at Mac Informer to see when it comes online.
It is not officially supported on Windows 10 but may still work. The recommended option is to upgrade to a newer photo management software.
